I'm not sure you can... you were here as a worker and your status expired - you were supposed to leave when that happened.

You then apply for a student visa OUTSIDE of Canada... right now you are there illegally and if you are working STOP NOW.

That's research for you to do, don't be lazy. We don't know what college/university or program you're interested in.

You should've applied for a study permit before your work permit expired.

Preety much every PGWP holder story. You can apply for study permit within Canada. You can apply online. You will need College's offer letter, funds, tution fee payment (1st sem), 1-2 CIC forms (system will tell you). That's it.

Key thing to remember is you have to apply before your PGWP expiry date. If your PGWP status has already expired, then the process will be slightly different, since now you will be filing to restore your status.

I agree, every PGWP holders story this has become, hey Akhil I am petty sure you applied before your work permit expired. It takes time I know. I had applied in starting of MAY and got it approved by August. My classes started in SEP and yes I applied before my work permit expired.

You can. When you apply study permit write a letter to explain your situation and history with IRCC

You cannot, however, apply PGWP again. It's a once in a lifetime permit

Yes, it is possible to get study permit applied within Canada( Online)

Get an admission letter from a designated learning institution and pay the first semester fees and show "enough" proof of funds - that's it!

"Enough" funds = funds required for your total study and also for your living expenses
