Anyone applied study permit in Los Angeles in October? I applied on Oct 30 online and have not heard from them yet. My application should be sent to Los Angeles. So is there anyone applied in oct and get any news?

should I send my application by mail ? or I can apply online to LA ?
I applied online, but my application is refused as it done from within Canada,
