Anyone applied for study permit in london, uk by post?

Hi, I sent my application to London by post on 3rd, August...Haven't got any reply yet regarding the process of my application. paid application fees by postal order....I was just wondering if anyone has applied for the visa by post? is there anyway I can track my application???
