All concerns, i had applied for PR in jan 2009 and recieved the medicals in Feb 2009. I done my medicals in march 2009, and reports has been dispatched very next week. All the docs with funds proof and passport with the standing letter was also handed over to them thru registered mail. After 3 months they send me my passport back saying they dont reqiure at the moment. Also i want to tell you that my case is under fast track process and also my application is supported with AEO(arranged employment opinion).
please help me out what is happening. As nothing is clear to me. ECAS status is "IN PROCESS".

hi,

i think now u should be a little more patient. chc will take some time to have background check and process ur case. fast track will almost 12 month.

no need to worry gsidhu. you just have to be patient. I dont think that the chc nd will take any adverse step. Maybe the procedure for assessing the applications with aeo are a little bit different than those applications falling under the 38 noc categories. And sometimes, the chc nd may take sometime to verify your current employment. No need to worry. Regards, harryk.

Background Check = criminal and security checks.

dear gsidhu, in the background check, they will be assessing whether your previous and current employment is genuine or not. They might call your current employer and ask him about your date of appointment, salary, job duties. They might also verify whether your past employment experience is genuine. You see, the most fake work experiences shown are done in cases with aeo. So sometimes due to the nature of verification, there might be a slight delay. So you need not worry. Have patience. Dear gearge thanks for ur interest in this thread...............but let me tell you that the AEO was positive from HRSDC and moreover when this AEO was issued i was in england and fortunately the employer was also there and again i want to tell you that my brother is there in Canada and he himself authenticated the same.
The chances of fake is zero.
now tell me something other that can happen to me ??

Why second tym.........................please dnt mind im new to this forum and some of the terms or abbreviations are not clear to me ..................and people think that im joking.....................u r old member and know much better than me ......can u pls tell me why they r taking so tym or they want me o go thru medicals again...................one of my friend applied in 2004..........after waiting for long he applied for study visa in newzealand and after getting PR there in NZ after 1.5 yr he is ready to migrate to canada .................see smart move

All I can say as of now is that you should just relax. Have patience. You cannot even imagine the load that the officials of Canadian High Commission , New Delhi, have on their shoulders. I know of a friend who had applied under the 'old system' of immigration and not the fast track one. He had sent his updated documents to the chc nd in june, 2008 (last year) and was waiting for his medicals, yet he has not received them as of now. So be patient. my brother also migratedthru point system
chc took 3 months to issue him visa after medicals
so this is the main reason u can say which is killing me
moreover my fiance is also there in canada
hatd why my hunger is more than others
