Anybody in the same boat? (FSW1 applicant to CHC, New Delhi)

Hello,

After clearance from Sydney, NS, I submitted full application to ND CHC on March 30, 2009, received by them on April 4th. It's been 2 months now. No AOR or any other communication. Sent a case-specific enquiry on May 25th and a fax on June 1st; no reply till today to either. Conveniently, they don't entertain phone calls.

After seeing the fast processing of Narinder and some others, this is really frustrating and creating a lot of anxiety :-( Is there anybody out there with similar time lines who is yet to get a response?

And, no, trackitt didn't help.

yes, i have also only received AOR from new delhi, no medical,RPRF etc. but mine AOr says that I can contact them if i donot hear from them in three months. i have received that AOR on May30.

I e-mailed CHC ND last week regarding a certain query clearly mentioning the reason for asking clarification. clear and crisp numbered questions while mentioning the file number.

They replied to all queries.

So, i'd recommend that you e-mail them if you really want a follow-up.

the mail ID i used was the one mentioned in the letter from NS to be contacted for further info.

My application since 7th May at London visa office ecas states " CIO Review Completed. Application received by Visa Office". It is now almost 1.5 months, nothing has changed. No AOR from Visa office. Could London applicants give their status. CIO Sydney approval date 16 Jan- 120 days start FSW 1.
