Thank you so much venky321! Why there is a difference that some people get within a two months after doing medicals and some get it after 4 months? I was looking at tinyurl spread sheet and noticed that some people got PPR within one and half month? Did you live many countries in past?

There was this quota (annual for a particular region, apparently) that was filled by the end of the year; else I think many of us would have got it in November , December instead. So perhaps 2 - 3 months is likely.
