Anybody got aip despite previous refusal india

I applied for Technology Management course in Red River College, Manitoba and got refused stating we are not satisfied that you will return back to India. So, I deferred the same course to Fall 2020 and re-applied visa and received my AIP, but this time my college deferred the course to Winter 2021. I have submiited a webform and haven't received any mail for uploading new LOA.

did you clear VO about coming back to your country or something like that?

or you just reapplied with same application ?
i mean you made any changes?

I got a new job relevant to my course, this is to show them that I have ties with India and will be able to work in India on my return. Improved the SOP and gave clear details of my profile and mentioned I have no intention of staying back as of now, but I also mentioned if I wanted to stay there I'm aware of the legal procedure and will take it forward in the right way.
