My application was received by CIC on Nov. 21 , 2014 but it was returned on Feb 23 2015 saying quota was full by Nov. 20,2014 for the particular NOC. Is there anybody who has not received their application back on similar grounds. I have checked with local PO, however was informed they did not receive any package in my name. Called the CIC call center too but they dont have any information other than the mailed dates.
Can somebody help me with any inputs regd. this ?
