Anybody facing technical issues on Linking existing application in MYCIC?

I had created a new GC Key after revoking my older one and tried linking my older EE Profile (with ITA) to the new GC Key. Upon entering data and searching, the system always says that it has successfully located my application. However, upon clicking on "Show me my application" button, the system always says "system currently unavailable, try again later". This is happening since more than 2 weeks now. Emails to CIC is giving me no responses.

Anybody facing a similar issue? Does anyone know a workaround for this scenario? Please help.
