Anybody deferred x-ray being taken for being pregnant under new EE scheme from any of the previous draws ??
If none, I will probably be the first one...

You need to call the baby Express-Entry

It is the same procedure as it was before EE. Complete the rest of the medical and the Panel Physician will give you the X-ray deferral form and inform CIC, who will put your app on hold. Complete the X-ray after the birth and CIC will resume processing your app.
