Anybody can share experience of flying to Canada after new Quarantine rules ?

My wife is planning to fly to Canada to be with me as she already holds a valid visitor visa. I am a permanent resident. Our only concern is the new quarantine rules which are not clear. If she flies to Vancouver this week will she need to quarantine in hotel. I am not able to find any info about which hotel she would need to stay and can I book the hotel by myself for her ? Is the 2000$ cost for 3 days ?

Quarantine rules in a hotel are not yet in effect. So if she hasn’t heard anything then it is what is listed on the website. She does her covid test prior to leaving, lands, tests again (if BC is doing that) and then quarantines in a self sufficient place.
