Any way to contact CIC from abroad?

Today is the deadline for documents requested, but we can't upload them in gckey, and the IRCC web form has been a disaster so far (general/standard replies only).

Is there any way I can contact them from the UK? Husband's application is still in Canada.

You can call Global Affairs Canada at +1 613 944 4000 and in the menu you will be given the option to be put through to the IRCC line.

Why don't you mail them?

I can't believe I totally didn't think of this, lol! Thanks! Would I send mail to the same address I sent the application to?
