As the topic states, I am wondering if there is some way we can find out that the visa office has indeed received the RPRF scanned receipt that we email to them.
My visa office is Abu Dhabi and I the email I received stated "Once payment has been made, please provide our office with a copy of the bar code receipt (*.pdf document) with your file number, if payment was made online. If not paid online, please provide us with the scanned receipt along with your file number."
By OUR OFFICE I believe they mean the email address from which I had been sent this mail (ABDBIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca). It was stated that I needed to do this within 30 days.
I emailed the scanned receipt more than 2 weeks ago but did not receive any confirmation or acknowledgement from the visa office. Now my 30 days are almost up and I am panicking a bit wondering if I needed to email the receipt to some other email address. Any input would be most appreciated . Thanks
