My husband is in Australia, we did the medical examination on Nov 15th, 2019, but since then we haven't heard anything back, my agent in Canada cannot check if the Australia office received medical report or not? anybody know is there any other way we can check with the Australia office? thanks in advance

Did u log into ECAS? there will be a line added saying "medical results have been received" could take 2 to 3 weeks to show up in there.

Yes, we did, and it does not show the medical have been received yet, not sure why
