but im waiting someone personal experince. i talked one of lawyer ans he asking my income should be 70000$ ayear to eligable to hire nanny. iam try to bring my sistr to take care my two kids . any suggestion?

To be approved as an employer, you have to prove that you make sufficient income to be able to pay your live in caregiver an hourly wage that meets the minimum for your provinces and your caregiver must work/be paid for at least 30 hours per week. So your income certainly plays a role in whether you are approved - you have to be able to afford to pay the caregiver you will be hiring.

There are also living arrangement requirements. For example, depending on the age and gender of your children, you may have to have a house/apartment with at least four separate bedrooms in order to be approved.

Thank you so much . I know that website . But I was wondering nowhere sey I need to be 70 grand a yearly to eligible to hire!!.
Like 4 families living in the house says 40-50000 a year .
I meet other requirements like housing and my kids 1 year and 5 years old.
If someone knows personal experience will be appreciate

You have to be able to pay her salary (and employer portion of taxes) on top of LICO. So another $16-24K depending on where you live. That's where the $70K comes from.
