Fees receipt at the first, then barcode pages, and rest everything in order with checklist.Is there a specific order the forms and documents should be before sending it to the immigration office for spousal sponsorship?
Attach 2 passport size photos with IMM0008 form’s first page.

If you don’t mind, can I ask you the reason of refusal and at what stage was it refused?
It was refused because all of our marriage ceremonies weren't completed. So did my marriage in a religious way but they wanted to see events. And the second reason was my husband medical internship was ongoing so according to the interviewer, my husband didn't had intention to reside.At second place after your fees receipt.

Everything was done, they called my husband for interview and told him to complete all the wedding ceremonies and finish the internships and apply again.

I then filed appeal, completed our marriage ceremonies in summer 2019, went for appeal division in Toronto in Jan 2020, and was told to reapply as the old application is invalid now. And then came this covid 19, shut everything done been 2 years and still nothing. Now applying for the second timeEverything was done! How long did the process go? This is really bad and sad.

So we did nikkah (which is singing the marriage contract. And according to my religion, this is marriage.) and applied for sponsorship right after . But according to the Canadian law, you have to do all traditional events, like reception and stuff. So they know what your country specific marriages events are.. I did. Showed them all the pics. And did the nikkah party in banquet with over 120 guests. They wanted rukhsati ceremony. And it clearly said on the rejection booklet, that once they get their rukhsati ceremony done we will have no problem.
