Any relaxation for csq applicants?

Hello everyone
Is there any relaxation announced for csq applicants to submit documents affected due to COVID 19. Almost every service is facing a lag and many services are suspended. Even courier services are not working at some places. Will they give some relaxation in time to submit documents?

Hello there ,
I hope there should be relaxation due to the covid-19, don't be too worried about that nothing apparently is open here and most of them are working from home .
