Any relationship between EE profile "Provinces and territories" and PNP?

Is there any seniors can reply:
If I delivered application to Province A , but in EE, I forgot to select province A as the "Provinces and territories you interested", but select "All provinces and territories", or province B.

Is it possible the province A give me nomination?
Or it is absolutely not possible A give me nomination?

I posted similar question before, but today I just want a more clear state~

Nothing wrong selecting "All". it wont convey anything negative to the province that sends you nomination.
