Not that we remember of, but if someone has contagious disease and Canada see it as a threat, then they would get rejected in Medicals.
Not sure about High blood sugar level, High blood pressure, high Cholestrol (and these are now common and not contagious) etc.
Hepatitis is another thing to take a note of..
