Any Recepit or paper to Proof doing Medical?

Dear Friends
I have done my medical in the UK and my family did it back in Egypt, my question now Do they have to take recepit or anything from the Doctor so I can include with documents and send from her to London office with mine? or it is something which usually be sent automatically?

You should get receipts from the DMPs for both yourself and for your wife and keep them with you. No need to send them to the visa office until and unless there is some delays due to non receipt of medical for your wife as she did it in Egypt. Usually such incidents are very rare, but you should not leave a chance.

My visa office is New York and I was asked to send the medical receipts as a proof for having completed the medicals. The letter that I got for medical request had clear instructions to send the receipts.
