As per the new rule by WES as on 1st December 2018 the Bangalore university needs to send transcripts directly to WES.. Any idea if they are sending it directly? I am in different city cannot travel to Bangalore at any cost, anybody who hired a third party and got it done, had positive experience? Any recommendation?

My advice would be not to hire any third parties as it can lead to unwanted complications. Getting the WES assessment is something which you need to do so for that travelling to the city is your priority , you cannot pass it on to others. Good luck.
