I applied for student visa under general category and still no updates. Any one in the same category

I had applied visa without ielts by showing viewer certificate of my indian university language that my study are in english .and i had also put visa of spouse together with my aplapplication

I also applied under general category but still no updates. Actually I got one refusal in may and this is my reapplication. Any idea how many days it will take for final decision??
