Any one was asked for additional document after PPR? mine shows.

Hi Guys,

Ottawa received my passport on Feb 17th and now when I see my account it says "Update" and when I go into it it says

Review of submitted documents : We need an additional document from the applicant.

Is it normal? I am worried now what document they are referring. any one has any ideas?? I didn't receive any email about additional document.

It's been discussed somewhere here, and it seems normal. The additional document is your passport.

Thanks Annpotpot and Bellaluna. Yes, I just saw that I need to upload my passport copy but when I try to submit after upload its giving an error currently online service is down.

But, my application stutus shows as closed and application has been approved. but main page still shows "your action required"

not sure what to do now as I am not able to upload it as my application says closed.
