It's ok sometimes it took 3 months to get letter. But usually they send within 40 days

It looks like your refugee claimants was quite complex and required additional information that would need to be reviewed so it is not surprising that NOD is taking longer. Are you part of the large group of Indian citizens who started showing up in Montreal and claiming asylum? Most had been misled by someone in India. Was the additional information asked about IFA?

Looks like Judge did not believe you or did not find your reasons enough to claim asylum. Normally, me and a lot of people I know went through expedited process, my friends never went to a hearing and got their notice of decision. I got my expedited process letter but then Judge wanted a short hearing around 30 minutes. He asked couple questions and mailed my NOD in a week.
