Now, it is clear that on or after 10 April 2010, the policy of giving relaxation of reappearing in IELTS ( in case the visa officer is dissatisfied from the written explanation), will be no more there.
But , this policy does not apply on the applications received by Visa offices on or before 9 April 2010 ( Hope i am not wrong).
In this scenario, is there any one, ready to take chance , to submit his/her complete application to visa offices on or before 9 April 2010, basing upon the written explanation as an alternative proof of language proficiency?
Should we expect the Visa offices to provide an additional chance to appear in IELTS , if not satisfied with the written explanation, as per the old policy on such applications( i.e the ones submitted on or before 9 April 2010)?
