Any one got visa under student under general category ????

Hey guys ,
Any one got student visa under general category .
i have heard ,visa's are being processed at faster rate as compared to SPP and less refusals..
pls give me a feedback....

The processing time for both spp and non spp are almost same. and yes so many people have got their visa under the general category.
