You must plan to live outside the province of Quebec. The province of Quebec selects its own skilled workers.
If you plan on living in Quebec, see Quebec-selected skilled workers for more information.
You can check the Québec Experience Program (PEQ) on mifi.gouv.qc.ca. The program criteria have changed recently.Any one From Quebec was successful in Getting PR through CEC EE?

Quebec immigration is a no go if you are an English speaker. If you wanna get PR via Express Entry, move out of Quebec or submit strong intention to move out of Quebec while submitting the application.

How are you justifying the job search? Detailed profile on Job Bank?IMO lease agreement and job search in Ontario are the best proofs.
Hey Narayan ,How are you justifying the job search? Detailed profile on Job Bank?
How are you justifying the job search? Detailed profile on Job Bank?
Actually, my case is a bit different. My employer is based in Montreal. However, I stay in Ottawa (on a long-term lease in my name) and I work remotely from home. I am actively looking for jobs in Ottawa and making good use of the Job Bank profile (since around a couple of months before submitting my EE profile). I have had friends who have been in similar situations, and their PR got approved.Hey Narayan ,
Are you in same boat ? are you working from Montreal ? My case is different my employer office is in Toronto but my work location is in Montreal on deputation
I know one person got PR through FSW while staying in Quebec. He submitted a LOE stating the reason why he wouldn't stay in Quebec after becoming PR, what plan he had to settle down in another province but Quebec, his ties to the province where he planned to move to. But this was years ago, and the approval was case by case, I believe. I have read many refusal cases on this forum on the basis of living in Quebec while applying through Express Entry.Any one From Quebec was successful in Getting PR through CEC EE?
