will you please give me detail when LVO sent refusal letter either after decision made or in process.. refusal letter was sent before PR or after PR??

When the file transferred to LONDON VISA OFFICE then before Medical if ur IELTS result will not match according to ur intended occupation then the visa office will sent u a detail letter that ur IELTS result is very low or unacceptable then the LVO will give u 60 days in which u'll give IELTS again but in case if u failed to gain respectable IELTS bands so they will sent u again detail letter that ur application is now refused due to these reasons...! But when u got Medical request then there will no any chance to refuse ur application at this stage..! This is all done in between '' IN PROCESS" ...! But u dont worry about this Kasuri u got passport request even..! so just be calm and seek Allah's Help..!

my cousin is also applied for pnp and his band is 5 but he did not get medical request. I suggest him to improve his ielts

Best Suggestion ..! tell him to gain 6 or 6.5 bands over all and atleast 7 bands in speaking..!

In my case they send letter to snip to cancel my nomination and allowed 90 days to say some thing
That's the very first letter from uk, do u have any idea , lawyer, can help on the basis That i was fulfilling requirement of snip nomination at the time of submitting application in 2011,
I do not think I can get more then 5 number max 5.5 ?
Ur relative got help from lawyers etc ?
I wrote intended occupation family business / Clark any idea to
Convince officer by send a plan to show 5 score can also work
To economically establish in Canada ,
any other person know similar cases and outcome ?

No brother i don't give any suggestions becoz 5.5 is not enough bands ..! my aunt gave IELTS 3 times after refusal letter ..! but she failed to secure 6 or 6.5..! she lives in pakistan but she hired a lawyer in Canada .. the lawyer took a huge amount of money from her and resubmit her case in Canadian Coat but even how she refused ..! Now she submitted her file again with new landing fees and new other charges and with new future time frame..! her intended occupation was school teacher

Just write them a letter and say that you did not paid full attention to this question and was unable to understand that question properly on that time. it was a very short place to answer that question there are a lot of intentions for job but these are just intentions Actually you are ready and willingly to do any job that you can grab. And you are aware and again very keen to take full advantage of the services offered by Canadian and territorial govts. and communities to improve you and your family's English.
Second you are ready to improve your not only your English but your education too.and when you applied for SINP it was 4.5 band in English was acceptable And this was the point that make you to think about Canadian Immigration and or in others words it was lured you that I may become Canadian citizen too.Provide them the photo copy of that times family members application guide issued by provincial govt. and then tell them thousand times that you are ready to grab any any any job that earn some respect and bread and butter for your family dont stick with any NOC or job without required band for that job.

we have same timelines I am PNP based candidate my medical was request in september 14 medical was done in end of September. in February I was asked to submit BIO information which contains passport copies height eye colour I am waiting for PPR2. Please let me know if you have given PPR1 or PPR2 stage and how long it can take according to your info.

Same here. LVO requested the same information in last week of Jan 2015. But no PPR2 since then. May be security and criminality checks are in progress. Who knows?
