Any one applied in November 2018

Hello there
I am very worried
I applied on 1 November 2018 and submitted my Bio on 7 November and I do not need to medical exam.

I applied online by an immigration consultant and until now he is telling me that my application in under process.

I filled web-form and they reply to send to Ankara office because my file in that office so today I sent web-form to Ankara office and in confirmation notification they told me that they will respond in 28 days!

Although process time for Ankara is 3 weeks, now it take more than 14 weeks

My agent did not give me details of my account, I do not know why
