Yes I did it takes 30 days it is very helpful. but both PR and Sponser must sign the form to upload or mail.

I am still waiting for the results of my husband medical from now November 30-December 1.

It usually takes from 8 to 11 weeks to get it passed. So, I believe yours is coming this week or next one...Good Luck
