Hi as I said previously on my other topic I was deported from USA after I overstayed for about 9 years.
Now I wanna move to canada but I wanna do it legally, so my question is Im filling out the form to get a temporary visa so I can then get a work permit.
Im from Portugal so I could just go to canada without a visa, but I think I need the temporary visa so i can apply for a work permit, is this right?
Or can I apply to work permit just on the visitor status?
Also on the temporary visitor form it asks about if I was ordered to leave any country before, should I tell them the truth about usa deportation? And would this have them denying my application?
Thanks a lot, any answer would be much appreciated guys.
