I have applied for immigration under FSW and would say unfortunately and due to minor issue , my application was delivered to buffalo office on March 8th 2008, in July 2008 I received the AOR which says that they are waiting on the instructions from the minister which came out Nov 2008 . On Jan 27th 2009 I received letter for farther documents and IELTS as my career is on the list but this week caused my application not to be looked at for about 10 months.
I was given 60 days to send the documents and were sent much earlier . does anyone know or expect how long does it take to ask for medical/interview with no Canadian experience ?
