I applied for canada immgration and I got approval letter
then after i updated my documents and post there corresponding address
So Now I Just want to know how much time it take to Fly ? or what are they next step

Once you have recieved the sponsorship letter it states that they have sent it off to the visa office right.There they will get the medical results check your background and process everything else in the app.You can check the process on the website under check process.
