I applied for PR under FSW stream on 16th January from Canada. My medical status changed to "Passed" on 10th February. Since then, there has been no update. Any idea, what does this mean and where do I stand?

You are within the processing time frame. You can mail CIC about the VO and can identify from that, where your application stands.
