Hi All,
I have recently moved to Ottawa, ON. I am looking for some yoga studios in town that offer the classic Bikram Yoga style hot yoga classes - a sequence of 26 poses over 90 minutes in a heated room. I have been practicing this style of yoga for a over a year now (where I was previously) and I wish to continue practicing this here too.
Any idea on studios that offer this specific style of yoga? I found a plenty of yoga studios here in Ottawa but not sure if there are any that offer Bikram Yoga, except for one studio - Rama Lotus. Would like to see if there are any other alternatives and would like to try those out.
