any hope for 411 crs score?

i have already tried enough to get 411 crs core (i know the score is quite less as compared to current trend)
BUT i still want to hear positive comments from experts for such low crs score to get an ITA.

i do not have a job offer. even i do not fulfil the criteria for PNPs offering skilled occupations. my NOC is 2132

you can use the latest data on CIC website to do a calculation, they listed all score bands with number of applicants.

did you create your profile and select 'all provinces' while creating your profile. ontario or some other province might send you an interest. they will start issuing NOI's soon. you might get lucky as their minimum score is 400.
