Any exam pattern changes to the IELTS (GT) since 2004 (till present)

I have a planned a date this October(12th Oct-2013) to appear for the IELTS -general training module; I have already given this exam once in Jan-2005 and I have a lot of Official material from back then which had paid for dearly. I am planning to reuse the same material now as well, provided the exam hasn't have had significant paper/exam pattern changes which will rule this reuse useless and even hazardous (I fear this !!) to my upcoming exam attempt.

Please let me know in case there have been any such changes to the IELTS.
