No email address for CIO. Contact your local CHC and see if they could do anything. If not send an express mail to CIO.

still if u insist on getting one, i can give u the e-mail address from where i received the AOR from CIO:

FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca

but please note underneath that e-mail there was this disclaimer:

''This e-mail address is solely for the purpose of communicating to clients and/or their representative's further instructions regarding their application. This e-mail box is not being monitored. Any future communication/queries to this e-mail address will therefore not be answered.''

that email address wont work. whenever an email inquiry is sent to CIO or CHC, there is a confirmation of the delivery of that email response. With that email address, there will be no such confirmation and therefore, will not deliver any response.
