Any differences for job offers between temporary workers and permanent workers?

Hello guys,

Can anyone tell me if the process of LMIA for permanent workers is different from the one for temporary workers?

I am seeking an employer to offer me a high-wage position, and I am currently in the EE pool. I want to know if both programs require at least a year employment after being issued permanent residency.
