any colleges in canada which doesnt take any tuition fee in advance (apart from registration fee) before getting a visa?
I know stouffville and lsbf doesnt... any other????

stouffville does not take advance fee. but ontario community college take fee in advance(half tutuion fee 1st semester)
however some universities are does not take fees in advance.

Few of my friends apply thorough a consultant who is situated in Toronto, Ontario and through them they don't need to pay fees till July, until they get there visa.

Selkirk College doesn't ask for the tuition fee in advance before you've even got your visa. You only have to pay a $250 seat deposit which you get back if you don't attend. The tuition fee payment deadline is something like six days before the start of term.
