As topic says, first off, I would like to know whether I got any strong chance to receive NOI (within a month after submitting my EE profile) with CRS 439 and Job Offer !?
Secondly, should my job offer be supported by positive LMIA !? Even though this offer is actually for when I already got my PR and the employer would wait until my PR application is completed and I receive my PR, and since there would be no LMIA required for PR holders, is this still necessary to get LMIA? Can it be part any exemption categories?
Thirdly, should I apply through Express Entry profile or straight away from OINP's website?
