If you don't have an LMIA you have to register with Job Bank.

You don't need to withdraw your profile, you can update it later with LMIA information.

You dont have to withdraw your profile. You can always update for one year
 
I have already withdraw the pool I guess it won't be a problem .
Still I can create a new profile and enter the pool again right ?

could you please let me know what things did yu ask your employer.. is it in IT field that you are working in.
if so please advise how to approach the employer.

Hi khilesh. .r u in Canada ? If u are working in Canada if u r on openwork permit ask u r employer to apply for Lmia tell then they prefer candidates with lmia ..they understand they will apply for Lmia or else we have to wait untill our turn gets in pool
 
Okay guys... Im quite losing hope here, the second draw is done. Again, only 779 ITAs and lowest score is 818 :( ..
