Any bank for education loan in a 3 year advanced diploma course

I am aiming to do advertising and marketing communications from Sheridan college. It's a 3 years advanced diploma course, Is there any bank that will give me the loan.
I want a loan for 20 lakhs and will provide security

You can contact to HDFC Credila ... I think they are best

I have contacted HDFC credila but the are saying that the will start the payments of the loan from the following month in which the loan was taken

Try a Nationalized bank like Punjab National. They usually start the payments once you are done with the course.

SBI is also offering this but it is only giving loan for a degree program not a diploma.
I am asking for a bank which will give me loan for a diploma course
