Any applicants from Mexico? (how to obtain entry/exit record??)

Hello guys,

Anyone from Mexico knows what are the way to obtain 'personal entry/exit record' issued by Mexican authority (?) that you can refer it to prepare your travel history and etc in your PR application?

Very urgent, please help!
