Hi,

I have got my visitor visa refused in jan 2016 though i have visited canada twice before for one week each .
I have valid visa for UK , USA , Australia. I applied for Gcms notes and it states that i have applied for business visitor before and now tourist visa i am not satified and it was refused with PURPOSE OF STAY .
Would you help me in this

a. When did you visit earlier and what exactly did you do on your previous visits?

b. For how long did you intend to visit this time?

c. Do you have a host who is inviting you?

d. Are you traveling to Canada only for a holiday or do you have an extended visit to (for example) the US?

thank you very much for your reply .

My earlier visit was in 2007 for one week only on business visit.

this time however i just wanted to spend one week in vancouver .as tourist

there was no invitation .
Yes i wanted to visit Las vegas and wanted to extend my visit to vancouver.
My daughter is now studying in vancouver and she went in Dec 2015 only.

How should i reapply as business with invitation or just to visit my daughter , what you suggest.

I have valid visa to USA , UK AUSTRALIA

Hi,

1. When you reapply, do provide evidence that you visited Canada in 2007 for business reasons

2. Are you visiting Las Vegas for a holiday or on business?

3. Do prepare a day-by-day itinerary for your US and Canada visits with detailed expense estimates + evidence of hotel bookings/confirmed reasons to visit the US

4. If you are not visiting Vancouver for business then you won't be able to provide proofs for this. You must mention that you are visiting your daughter + as suggested earlier, prepare an itinerary like a typical tourist

5. What ties did you show to your home country? Can you share the list of documents that you submitted

I am applying visitor visa for my mother my only concern is funds in her account She is having $4000 fd and $4000 my brother transferred from his account to her so should we try now or should we wait for funds to get old? I am strong finnicially here in Canada I have all the docs to proof. Please advice can we try for visitor visa of my mother. She has CA report

If you're concerned about her funds, transferring from your brother to hers is not a good idea, as they will refuse based on funds if its determined there has been a transfer of funds from an outside source.

please wait till funds gets old.At the moment there are maximum rejections . apply after march as summers approaches.

Can u please guide me ? I have Approx 3000CAD in my account and the other I have it joint with my mother which also has he same amount . So can I show this account which is joint with my mother?? My name is second in the other account. Also I have FD and other investments which is approx 40000cad. And also gold which is approx 20000CAD. But I do not have a property on my name as I stay with my parents. Will this cause an issue?? Can I show a car which is on my name ?? Please do guide
