I HAVE 2 SISTERS IN MICHIGAN , I JUST ARRIVED LAST MONTH FOR WORK PERMIT THRU DIRECT HIRE, MY SIS WANT ME TO VISIT THIS COMING CHRISTMAS , DO I NEED TO APPLY A VISITORS VISA? WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS AND WHERE TO APPLY? I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. GOD BLESS.

So you are asking if you need a visit visa to go to the US?

You can find on http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1262.html if your country of citizenship is party to the visa waiver program. If not, you will need a visit visa. You can apply for it at the US embassy in Canada, see http://ottawa.usembassy.gov/content/index.asp

hello guys...my status in canada is temporary work permit i came from Philippines and it is not included in the visa waiver program ..want to find out how to get the visitors visa so we can visit my sis in US.
