any advice for Institute fees ( IELTS )

Dear friends,
I am now Preparing for IELTS test,my exam will be in April 18.So I think I have to take IELTS course classes there are some Institute in UAE there fees are so high only for IELTS course have to pay 1800 AED(490$) its too much and I Registered for IELTS exam it was about 800 AED(218$) means total = 2018$ .thats too much only for IELTS really there level to take money any advice regarding istitute fees ..do any one have also site which we can practice any way I will join the course in 1st March 2009 so I have now sometime to practice through sites..
