any 1 have suggessions for me?

I hv been applied a study permit 2 years before.but it was refused with objections that u did not provide us sufficient ties that u ll back to ur country and pakistan is also offering similar courses then why u choose this course.so now there is a refusal stamp on my passport.is nt it ll be a negative impact on my application if i apply again for canada?
How much chances are there to get a canadian student visa for Acca if one,s have paid a half fee of the total cost of acca.
5.5 ielts.
30 to 40 lakh bank statement.
Acca registration.

Just a personal opinion, reapplying after two years for the same program (and that's ACCA in Canada!!) might not get you a study permit since they will definitely see a hole and will reject your application on the same ground as before (if you really wanted to study ACCA then you would have reapplied or continue education within these 2 years so you must have something else going on in your mind; thats what VO gonna think).

And they really don't care about fee's paid beforehand; they only care about whether you have a LOA and other stuffs like financial sustainability and ties. Some colleges require you to pay fee's beforehand to get the final LOA and thats how its linked.

Then again, its COMPLETELY PERSONAL OPINION!

last tym when i applied selected business fundamental (a 2 year program) and english language as a preparatory program....but this time i m thinking abt acca.
