Answer to: Have you taken any test from designated agency to assess your English?

Hello everyone,

I am in process of filling out federal PR paper application for Provincial Nominee Class.

For my BCPNP category, "Skills Immigration - International Post-graduate", I do not need a General Training IELTS test.
I only took Academic IELTS test for applying to Canadian universities, in October 2016

So, for the language proficiency question, do i answer "yes" or "no"?
