I have recently got refused for a work permit two days after validity of my old work permit and I lost my status by that. I stopped working after immediately, applied for a new work permit and restoration within 90 days and I have received the approval before 90 days too. The issue date of my new work permit is almost 80 days after the end date of last one.
Now I need to apply for a new work permit/Visa application. My question is: what should I answer to that question when filling Visitor Visa/ Work Permit application :
Have you ever remained beyond the validity of your status, attended school without authorization or worked without authorization in Canada? (YES/NO)
I did not work during those days, but stayed in Canada, and my restoration was accepted within 90 days.
